Mister Rogers makes a hanging tool bench for his tools. He talks about how his father became angry when Mister Rogers, as a boy, would borrow his tools and not return them. Joe Negri brings to Mister Rogers’ house a musical instrument he created out of junkyard pieces. In the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, Corney can’t find his hammer. Lady Elaine is using his hammer at the Museum-Go-Round. Corney becomes angry at Lady Elaine for borrowing the hammer without asking to use it. Back at the house, Mister Rogers visits Joe Negri’s music shop to return the instrument and sees many more instruments made out of recycled materials.
