In the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, Neighbor Aber and Lady Aberlin use large plastic building blocks to construct a landing space for Bob Dog and the helicopter. Betty Okonak Templeton gets in touch with Lady Elaine over the radio and finds that the helicopter only responds to guitar music.
