Mister Rogers demonstrates the use of three tools, a hacksaw, a hammer, and a screwdriver. Handyman Negri also fixes Rogers’ sink. In the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, X the Owl and Henrietta Pussycat talk with Handyman Negri about their childhood fears of toilets and drains and Tadpole Frogg expresses his sadness for thinking he had broken a fountain.
