Mister Rogers and Mr. McFeely visit with the children in a day care. In the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, Miss Paulificate receives a rug from Mr. McFeely for King Friday. King Friday and Queen Sara are invited to teach a course at the Royal School of Castle Management for three days and three nights. The king and queen ask Prince Tuesday who he would like to be his babysitter. They assure him that they will find a fine person to take care of him. Mister Rogers talks about how important it is to parents to find a good caregiver for their children when they cannot be there.

He has been chosen to learn about Native American culture and is told to think about uses of air. Mayor Maggie and Chuck Aber have come to offer night and day care to Prince Tuesday. Tuesday has disappeared to play alone. Lady Aberlin talks to Prince Tuesday about why his parents are leaving him with Mr. Aber. King Friday assures Prince Tuesday that he will come back. Prince Tuesday says goodbye to his parents. Mister Rogers talks about children verbalizing their feelings about day care.
Mister Rogers blows up a ballon and lets the air out. Mr. McFeely delivers a film about how balloons are made. Mister Rogers talks about learning new things. In the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, Chuck Aber is reading a story to Prince Tuesday. They finish and decide to go to the Museum-Go-Round. Lady Elaine tells Prince Tuesday that if his parents don’t return, he can stay with her. Mr. Aber assures Tuesday and Lady Elaine that King Friday and Queen Sara will come home. Handyman Negri also assures Tuesday that his parents will return. He suggests that the prince call the king and queen. X shows a picture of water, his newest O.C.S. lesson. Marilyn Barnett stops by to exercise with Mister Rogers.
Mister Rogers talks about reading and telescopic glasses. He then shows pictures of different types of fish. He talks about how people can be fancy inside and outside. Sally Boggs visits to show Mister Rogers how to take care of his fish. Mister Rogers talks about scary dreams. He suggests telling someone about the dream and drawing pictures of dreams. He says that people stay where they are when sleeping. In the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, Lady Aberlin and Daniel talk about the nighttime and Prince Tuesday. Lady Aberlin and Chuck discuss the fun that he and Prince Tuesday have had together. They hear Prince Tuesday crying and go to see what is wrong. Prince Tuesday was having a nightmare in which a fish tried to find his mother. He wonders what his parents are doing.
Mister Rogers has a package of graham crackers. He visits a graham cracker factory where he sees how people make graham crackers. Mister Rogers talks about how people take care of others. He shows a film about this.In the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, Chuck Aber is decorating the castle to celebrate the return of King Friday and Queen Sara. Lady Aberlin has made a welcome home sign. In school, Prince Tuesday tells his friends about his nightmare. When the king and queen return, they talk about what Mr. Aber and the prince did while they were gone. Tuesday arrives and is angry at his parents for having left him. His parents reassure him that there are always people who will care about him.
