Mister Rogers attaches a triangle to his sculpture. He pretends that a paper towel and a toilet paper roll are horns and plays music on them. Frank Ostrowski, a trumpet player, knocks on the door, asking directions to the castle. He plays for Mister Rogers and explains how the trumpet works. In the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, King Friday tells Lady Aberlin how to play the triangle to accompany the trumpet players. Sara Saturday is arriving today. Lady Aberlin plays for X and Henrietta. They try the triangle. X has to be reminded to play gently. Robert Troll is helping Sara Saturday move to the Neighborhood of Make-Believe. Accompanied by trumpet and triangle, Sara Saturday arrives in a sedan chair carried by Officer Clemmons. Back with Mister Rogers, he plays a record of the Purcell trumpet voluntary.
Mister Rogers puts on bib overalls so that he can paint the porch swing. He paints it yellow, his favorite color. In the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, there is a sign on the castle which says “Closed.” Handyman Negri says the king is having important meetings and is not to be interrupted. Corney asks Handyman for help in putting new models in the display window. Corney thinks there will be a wedding at the castle soon. He says the way to find out is to wait and see. Handyman asks Miss Paulificate about the meetings at the castle. She suggests that he wait and see. Lady Elaine asks Handyman to help her with a new display. Lady Elaine also thinks that King Friday and Sara Saturday are going to get married. King Friday commends Handyman Negri for his good work. Tomorrow the king will make an important announcement. There should be an “open” sign put up the next day.
Mister Rogers paints a lawn chair. Miss Emilie stops by on her way to the Neighborhood of Make-Believe.–The king has summoned her to announce that he is going to make an announcement. In the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, Handyman Negri is decorating the castle with confetti and signs that say “Open.” Handyman Negri and Lady Aberlin tell all the other neighbors to come to the castle. X adds blocks to his door so the “Z” will become an “X”. Lady Elaine has painted each pillar of the museum a different color. While painting a pillar, Lady Aberlin spills paint on her dress. Lady Elaine tells her to cover the spot with her hand. Miss Emilie recites a poem presenting the king. The king announces that Sara Saturday will tell the news. Sara Saturday tells that they plan to marry. Sara Saturday asks if Lady Aberlin has a pain in her side where she is covering the paint stain with her hand. Sara Saturday likes the color of the paint stain and tells Lady Aberlin to bring it with her to the party
Mister Rogers brings several cameras with him and shows how they work. Chef Brockett gives samples of the king and queen cookies he has baked to Mister Rogers. He is taking the rest to the Neighborhood of Make-Believe. In the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, Marie Torre and Vic Miles interview King Friday and Sara Saturday. At the Museum-Go-Round, Robert Troll helps Lady Elaine paint. Lady Elaine invites Marie Torre to paint a pillar. X and Henrietta wonder what they will call Sara Saturday after the wedding. The king says the decision is up to her. With Robert Troll’s help, Sara Saturday decides on “Queen Sara Friday Saturday,” or “Queen Sara” for short. Everyone likes this solution. Mister Rogers shows a movie.
Mister Rogers has a large calendar with him. When he was a boy, he cut up old calendars and saved his favorite numbers. Once he tore a page from the calendar before the month was over. In the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, a fashion show of wedding garments is being held in the castle. Mr. McFeely delivers a rush order to Lady Elaine. The package contains red polka dots. Lady Elaine has the model of the last bride’s dress put polka dots on the dress. When her prank is discovered, everyone is annoyed with Lady Elaine. Sara Saturday decides to take the dress with the dots to wear to the museum. She will remove the polka dots for her wedding. Lady Elaine is happy with Sara Saturday’s decision. Back with Mister Rogers, Mr. McFeely delivers some fabric samples.
