Since his plunger does not help he calls Mr. Horne, the plumber. Mister Rogers talks about how a child is too big to go down a drain. Mr. Horn fixes the drain. Audrey and Mister Rogers talk about the names of things like the elbow of a drain and the face of a clock. Audrey cleans up the spilled water.In the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, King Friday’s pipes are leaking at the castle. Handyman Negri holds the pipes so that they won’t drip on the castle, but he is tired and wants the king to get a plumber. The king sends for Mr. Horn, the plumber, who suggests the king have a recirculating waterfall installed. Handyman Negri and Mr. Horne install the new waterfall. Mister Rogers explains the difference between circulating water and water that travels through the pipes in a sink. Mrs. McFeely brings over a fountain.
