Mister Rogers shows a wooden toy of a gymnast that can spin fast and slow. Mr. McFeely brings over a video tape of the gymnast Chainey Umphrey when he was 15 years old. He is now a grown man, and Mister Rogers goes to visit him at the gym. Chainey performs some floor exercises and on the ring. Later, Mister Rogers talks about being careful. He says he is proud when people are careful. In the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, Lady Aberlin and Mr. Aber hang a vine from a monument in attempt to slow Trolley down. Mr. Aber explains to King Friday that Trolley is going really fast. Lady Elaine Fairchilde decides to climb to the top of the monument. King Friday tells Lady Elaine that she is foolish for climbing so high and she should come down. Just as Lady Elaine decides to come down she becomes dizzy because she is so high up and falls, but she lands in a box of feathers and does not get hurt.
