Mister Rogers enters with materials for making a model car. He demonstrates how a car is made. Mr. McFeely delivers the wheels for the car. In the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, Van Cliburn picks up parts from Daniel, Henrietta, and X the Owl for Lady Elaine. She is making a surprise piano for Van Cliburn. Van Cliburn thanks her for the wonderful piano and a job well done. Back with Mister Rogers, one of the wheels on Mister Rogers’ car breaks and he repairs it.
