Mister Rogers arrives and uses a frame to concentrate on small sections of a large mural as he sings a portion of Look and Listen. Seeing some vegetables in one section of the mural, Mister Rogers reflects on a visit to a vegetable garden and kitchen where he talked with students about growing vegetables and making food. In the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, King Friday XIII is angry when Purple Panda and Little Panda make him look foolish. He commands that all curiosity in the Neighborhood be cancelled. Mayor Maggie tries to entice King Friday into being curious before she and Mr. Aber sing and sign You Are Special to Daniel Tiger.
