Disappearing

Mister Rogers shows how to tie shoes. He talks about the meaning of “disappear.” When sugar is dissolved in water it disappears, but the sweetness of the water indicates that the sugar is still there. When Mister Rogers hides behind a door the sound of his voice indicates that he is still there even though he can’t be seen. Officer Clemmons stops by on his way to the Neighborhood of Make-Believe. In the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, X and Henrietta talk to Officer Clemmons about Sara Saturday leaving. They thought Sara was always going to stay. Handyman is going to provide an escort with Officer Clemmons. When Handyman Negri and Officer Clemmons ask why she is leaving, the king says it is no one’s business. Sara Saturday says the reason for her leaving is a secret, but she will return. The king agrees that the neighbors should be told that she will return.
