In the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, Officer Clemmons is helping to move the Platypus’ belongings into X’s tree. He and Elsie Jean are having trouble finding enough space for everything. Nurse Miller takes Dr. Bill’s medical equipment to the pond. Officer Clemmons teaches her the welcoming song he sang for Elsie Jean. They sing it for Dr. Bill. Back with Mister Rogers, he empties his full wastepaper basket into an empty garbage can. Mister Rogers serves Officer Clemmons cake and milk.
