Everyone is too busy to visit Lady Elaine

Mister Rogers explains that he changes his shoes because he is more comfortable that way. He has a box of toy vehicles. He shows each one and says its name. He uses the box as a garage. In the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, everyone is too busy to visit Lady Elaine. She is lonely and wants company. When Mr. McFeely says he can’t stay she wants to keep him from leaving by breaking his bicycle. Handyman Negri’s appearance stops her mischief. Then she chains the bicycle to the Museum-Go-Round and refuses to unfasten it when Mr. McFeely wants to leave. When Mr. McFeely tells Handyman Negri what has happened, Handyman decides to visit Lady Elaine because he understands her feelings.
