A film is shown of children making paper flowers. In the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, King Friday wonders why it is so quiet. Queen Sara explains that everyone is at Someplace Else. Handyman Negri tells them of the community center being built for noisy play and invites them to see it. The king won’t go without a printed invitation, which X then prints. The king and queen present a formal portrait and some flowers to the community center.
