A visit to Negri’s Music Shop

Mister Rogers visits Negri’s Music Shop to hear three students practice playing the guitar. Mister Rogers talks to them about learning to play music. Helena gets a phone call and must go home to take care of her son, Matthew. Mister Rogers stays to work at the music store. Mister Rogers talks about dealing with problems in different ways: playing, working, talking, etc.In the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, Handyman Negri is teaching Prince Tuesday how to play the guitar. King Friday is unable to play along with them because he must go to work. Tuesday is disappointed. Queen Sara must also work. Princess Zelda needs a costume, so she, the prince, and Handyman go to the “C” Room. It is full of items whose names begin with the letter C. They examine many costumes. Handyman and Zelda try on elephant heads. The prince wont play because he is mad about his parents working. Zelda sings “Nobody Likes It” for him.
