Officer Clemmons demonstrates how the office equipment works. He explains that policemen are in the business of helping people. In the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, Dr. Bill and Officer Clemmons sing together. Elsie Jean Platypus uses a handy ladies Lady Elaine wants to open up a pie restaurant. Back with Mister Rogers, Officer Clemmons tells him how his wife bakes good pies which are real and not make-believe.
