He has his eyes examined and listens as Dr. Mallinger explains the different parts of the exam. In the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, Handyman Negri is preparing to install the arms on Donkey Hodie’s new windmill when construction comes to a halt. After seeing the size of the windmill’s arms, King Friday decides that the windmill will be too big behind the castle and take away from his castle’s beauty. The King orders that a new location be found “someplace else.” Back at the house, Mister Rogers shows images of different places where people live.
