Mister Rogers arrives with a collection of drawings made by Bob Trow featuring several characters from the Neighborhood of Make-Believe. As he shows the picture of Bob Dog, Mister Rogers accidentally rips the paper. Bob is disappointed, but he is able to fix it with tape. In the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, Bob Dog accidentally tears a letter in half. He is scared until Lady Elaine Fairchilde fixes it. The letter, from Dr. Bill’s pediatrician’s school, asks him to practice patting a baby doll on the back. Back at the house, Mr. McFeely stops by with a baby elephant on loan from the Neighborhood zoo. Inside, Mister Rogers uses his arm to pretend that he is an elephant.
