In the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, Chef Brockett gives Grandpere and Bob Dog each a pie. Bob Dog has a cage that he gets into when he is bad. Chef Brockett helps Lady Elaine and X with their restaurant. Back with Mister Rogers, he explains that manners are used to help others feel comfortable.
