      Playing the bagpipes

Mister Rogers brings a small mop for washing glasses. After feeding his fish he washes some dishes. William Barker stops by in Highland dress with his bagpipes. Mister Rogers tries to play the bagpipes and finds it very difficult. In the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, Mr. Anybody is a Scotsman with a Scottish terrier named Mac. It is Scotland day in the neighborhood. In the S room of the castle Mr. Barker pipes for Sara Saturday and King Friday XIII. Other pipers and dancers then perform.
