Mister Rogers puts together a small fountain and then watches a video showing famous fountains from around the world. He sings “You Can Never Go Down the Drain” in the bathroom. In the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, King Friday XIII gifts Westwood a fountain, the old castle waterfall. Mayor Maggie searches for water for the fountain and is soaked by Lady Elaine Fairchilde’s garden hose. Neighbor Aber controls the water by adding a nozzle to the hose. Back at the house, Mr. McFeely stops by with a videotape about how people make raincoats. After the video, Mister Rogers gives the fountain to Mr. McFeely.
