Mister Rogers shows a library book about animals and their mothers. He visits Mrs. McFeely who is recovering from a cold. She tells about her anger at being ill. The McFeelys describe their ride in the hot air balloon and say that toy balloons cannot carry anyone away. Mister Rogers explains that wishing does not make people sick. In the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, Bob Dog is playing Superdog. Lady Elaine wants to be super, too. She wears a cape and, feeling brave, she flies around. Bob Dog shows Queen Sara how he flies, but the queen is sick and very short-tempered. He is upset and hurt. Dr. Bill delivers a note to Bob Dog from the queen saying she is sorry. Lady Elaine arrives making a lot of noise, so Bob Dog suggests that they go to Someplace Else.
