Mister Rogers arrives with a stool and couch model developed by his friend Maya Lin. Mister Rogers goes to visit Maya Lin’s studio. She explains how her ideas are turned into models and then into actual structures. In the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, Prince Tuesday asks Mayor Maggie to get King Friday to change his mind about the yo-yo ban. Mr. McFeely shows up and asks Mayor Maggie to pass along a video tape of Yo-Yo Ma to King Friday. Mayor Maggie tries to tell King Friday about the video, but he cuts her off and goes inside when he hears the word yo. Neighbor Aber and Mayor Maggie check out Cornflake S. Pecially’s new invention: a Royal Automatic Yo-Yo (RAY). King Friday promises that he will allow yo-yos in the Neighborhood of Make-Believe if he can find one that he is able to use well. Impressed with the R.A.Y., King Friday watches the video from Yo-Yo Ma which offers the King a cello performance. Feeling better about yo-yos, King Friday allows everyone in the Neighborhood to use yo-yos once again. Back at the house, Mister Rogers talks about everyone having different talents. He mentions his musical talents and the artistic talents of his sister.
