Windmills and museums go ‘round

Mister Rogers asks the viewers to join him by walking circles of decreasing size. He momentarily forgets the words to a song. Mr. McFeely delivers a toy top. Mister Rogers goes to Betty’s Little Theater where he sees children expressing feelings through dance. Mister Rogers talks about different ways to express feelings and how the viewer feels about his leaving. In the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, X is harnessed to the Museum-Go-Round and is pulling it around. When he gets tired and stops, Lady Elaine wants the windmill to provide the power. The windmill, however, is pumping water for King Friday’s waterfall. X accidently throws a switch to a forgotten motor and the museum begins to rotate.
