At the bakery, Mister Rogers sees cake decorating techniques and a cake topped with an Eiffel Tower. He meets Hedda Sharapan and her infant daughter, Amy. In the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, Chef Brockett makes a cake for Collette. Henrietta is jealous and wishes the cake would fall. A gust of wind knocks the cake to the ground, leaving Henrietta feeling terrible. Lady Elaine and her boomerang magically fix the cake. Back at the house, Mister Rogers attempts to decorate a cake.
